A Unique Way To Fill A Room With Scent

Scentsy has created a unique way to fill a room with delightful fragrance and soft light, without the risk and mess of lit scented candles. Scentsy bars are scented wax bars that are specially designed for Scentsy warmers. Like scented candles, these bars are made of wax, but Scentsy has selected a unique type of wax for these candle bars. Scentsy uses a high-grade wax for the collection of Scentsy bars to ensure that each bar is highly infused with fragrance. The wax is food-grade, similar to what grocery stores use on produce, making Scentsy wax refills safe for handling. Special fragrance oils are used in the bars to create unique, natural aromas. The wax has a low melting point, providing a consistent Scentsy fragrance experience in every wickless candle bar. The wax melting bars by Scentsy contain no harsh or harmful chemicals and the bars melt without smoke or soot. Scentsy warmers do not use open flames to release the fragrance from the scented wax, making them safer than scented candles. Inside each Scentsy warmer is a low-watt light bulb. The heat from the light bulb warms the top of the warmer. The special Scentsy wax melts under a low temperature that is created by the light bulb, so the warmer is safe to touch while the wax is melting.

Break Off A Small Wax Cube

Each Scentsy bar is divided into six cube pieces that easily break off from the bar. To create a Scentsy fragrance experience, remove a piece of the scented melting bar and place it in the top of the Scentsy warmer. More pieces can be used to add fragrance to a larger room or for a more intense release of fragrance. Each piece of the melting bar lasts eight to ten hours, and a single Scentsy bar provides 50 to 80 hours of fragrance. The duration of the fragrance may be affected by the room's environment, such as open windows and fans. Using Scentsy bars in a room with a humidifier may affect the longevity of the fragrance. Add pieces of the scented melting wax throughout the day to create a comforting, rejuvenating environment and keep the tension of the day at bay.

Easy Clean Up.  Discard Used Scentsy Wax In The Trash Can.

Discarded Scentsy wax has one more final task: to make the kitchen garbage smell nice.  

Scentsy bars clean up easily. Once the fragrance has dissipated from the bar, all that remains is an odorless wax. Once the wax cools, it is easily removed from the warmer with a paper towel; cleaning the warmer does not require the scraping and scrubbing needed to remove scented candle wax from candle holders. Scentsy warmers are specially designed to ensure that the melted wax remains in the top of the warmer, so no wax will drip on tables, fabrics or countertops. For faster clean up, the top of the warmer can be placed in the freezer for five to ten minutes. Once the wax hardens in the freezer, it easily slides out of the warmer.

Safer Than Burning Flaming Scented Candles

Fact:  Melted wax from traditional flame-based candles is extremely hot and can burn the fingers when the candle is moved or accidentally touched. The temperature of the melted Scentsy bar wax is only warm, not hot, when melted.  So, unlike scented candles, the melted wax by Scentsy will not burn the fingers nor is it even uncomfortable.
