Roarbert The Lion: King of the Buddies
Roarbert the Lion Scentsy Buddy is the King of the Scentsy Buddies and is a brave stuffed animal with a crazy mane of dark brown hair. He has big black eyes, adorable brown and tan perky ears, a tan furry belly, textured arms and legs and a long fuzzy tail featuring a dark brown tuft of hair on the end. Roarbert the Lion is recommended for children three years and older and is 15.5" tall from his head, minus his wild mane to his paws, 9.5" tall when seated and 5.5" wide. What makes Roarbert the Lion unique from other stuffed animals is his zippered pouch hidden on his back. This pouch is designed to be filled by a Scentsy Pak, a tear-proof, leak-proof aromatic freshener, making Roarbert the Lion a pleasantly scented stuffed animal.

What Is Scentsy
So you might be asking yourself, "What is Scentsy?" Don't worry. You're not the first one to ask. Read the brief introduction to Scentsy below to find out more about this amazing brand.
First, let's start off with what Scentsy isn't. It isn't a traditional scented candle. No. It's much more than that. It's a ceramic candle warmer dish with a 25-watt lightbulb inside it that heats up a candle warmer dish which has scented wax inside of it. After a few minutes, the wax turns from solid to liquid. Then, something amazing happens. When the wax is heated, the scent is released into the air.
HOW DO I USE SCENTSY?
Simply drop a Scentsy bar, loaded with your favorite Scentsy scenty, into the warmer dish then plug it in. You'll see the light come on. Then, in just a few minutes, you'll start to smell the scent released into the air. The scent will fill a large room easily. Some of the stronger scents, like the Autumn Stroll Scentsy bar, can fill up a very large room and disperse the scent.
WHAT SIZES DO THE SCENTSY WARMERS COME IN?
Scentsy warmers come in 3 sizes: Full-Size Scentsy warmers, Mid-size Scentsy warmers, and Scentsy plug ins. Depending on the area where your warmer will be, you'll want to choose the appopriate size warmer to fit your needs. Usually, Scentsy plug in warmers are great for smaller spaces like bathrooms and under kitchen cabinets. A full-size warmer is great for a dining room or office since it can hold quite a bit of Scentsy wax. The mid size warmers hold the same amount of Scentsy scent but are about 40% smaller than a full size warmer.

ETL vs NON-ETL: Get The Facts
I have a lot of customers ask me what the difference is of the Non-ETL Scentsy Plug-ins and the new ETL Plug-ins. So, I thought that I would help answer this question for you.
Detailed Answer:
What Is ETL?
ETL is a hazard-certification entity similar to UL (Underwriters Laboratories) here in the United States. Since Scentsy sells products in Canada, products sold there must carry the ETL certification, rather than just the UL certification. A product that is ETL Certified also encompasses standards from UL, as well as 5 other testing entities.
What's The Difference Between ETL and NON-ETL?
NON-ETL means that the Scentsy product is not ETL Listed; Rather, it's Underwriters Laboratores (UL) Listed, a safety certification trusted for more than 100 years (established in 1894.) UL Listed products will be found all over your house. Whether it's a TV, a lamp, or a hair-dryer, the majority of the items in your house are UL Listed, and therefore, NON-ETL certified.
An ETL Listed product certification means that the product is tested to ETL Standards. The ETL Certification incorporates several other testing standards under it as well: UL, ANSI (American National Standards Institute), CSA (Canadian Standards Association), ASTM (American Society For Testing and Materials), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), and NOM (Mexican standards organization 'Norma Oficial Mexicana'). This means that a product that is ETL Certified not only complies with ETL standards, but with OTHER internationally recognized standards as well. This allows Scentsy to make products that not only pass certification is US Markets, but in other geographical regions as well.
Which Scentsy Products Are Affected By The ETL Change?
Plug-In Scentsy Warmers are the only Scentsy products affected by the new standards change.
Are NON-ETL Scentsy Products Safe To Use?
Absolutely. For US customers, Scentsy's NON-ETL Plug-In warmers are certified to UL standards, a certification entity trusted for more than 100 years. The UL Listing certification is recognized by more than 90 countries.
UL, as with other testing companies, are recognized by OSHA (the U.S. Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration) as hazard tested. A list of approved testing labs is maintained by OSHA and both UL and ETL are listed as approved.
If I Live In Canada, Can I Buy NON-ETL?
No. Scentsy Plug-In warmers that are NON-ETL are hazard tested by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a US-based certification organization, and therefore are not approved for sale in Canada. You'll notice that when you shop Scentsy from a Canadian Scentsy consultant's website that "non-etl" Scentsy Plug-In warmers are not listed there.
Why Is Scentsy Phasing Out The NON-ETL Plug-In Scentsy Warmers In The USA?
Rather than manufacturing products to a hazard-certification standard specific to each country Scentsy sells in, the ETL standard is an "umbrella" standard that encompasses many other standards as well. In short, a product that is ETL certified can be sold in many more countries since it also tests to 5 other standards as well.

The Non ETL Scentsy Plug-Ins are basically our 'older model' of Plug-Ins. We have recently expanded into other countries like Canada, Germany, and the UK. Because of this expansion into Canada, we had to redesign the plug-ins for Canada. They have nationally recognized standards so Scentsy made new plug-ins that are ETL approved and Scentsy Consultants can sell in Canada and here in the US. The Scentsy Plug-Ins that we have on clearance are known as Non-ETL Plug Ins. Until we sell the remaining inventory of Non ETL Plugins, they are available on my Scentsy Personal Replicated Website.

Scentsy Plug In Warmer
Scentsy Plug In Warmers are a great way to make a smaller space smell great and create a little ambiance. Each Scentsy Plug In Warmer comes packed in a box that I like to keep so that I can take it with me when I travel. The Scentsy Plug In box has several components for the warmer, it has the 15 watt lightbulb, the detachable plug in base, and then the actual design warmer that you chose. The Plug In Warmers are approximately 3 inches wide by 3 and half inches tall and that doesn't include the base plug-in.
Another great feature to the Plug In Warmers are that the base easily turns to accommodate which way your outlet faces. Some homes have outlets that are all upside down so you can easily turn them around so that they fit. They do have a three prong plug in. The third prong is used to secure the warmer better.
There are so many choices of designs for the Scentsy Plug In Warmers. They are grouped in Scentsy Plug In Collections that have a running design them. The most popular ones are the Groovy Plug In Collection and the Individual Collection. The new Black and White Collection is also really popular because they have simple clean lines. The Botanical Collection evokes nature in a more modern style.
To change out your Scentsy warmer wax, there are two ways to do it. You can let it cool down for about 10 minutes and pop out the wax or you can take a paper towel and absorb the wax up. The plug in warmers only need one cube of Scentsy wax at a time. Some people call our Scentsy products Scentsy candles.
The Groovy Black Plug In Warmer is a rounded style warmer with grooves that go around the entire warmer with a shiny black color. I have this warmer in my kitchen because I have black appliances so it goes really well with my decor.
The fluted edges create a craftsman style look. The light holes that help illuminate the room are spaced evenly in twos around the warmer.
The Groovy Brown Plug In Warmer is a soft brown with honey highlights. I love this one because it is a good neutral color. The color works almost like a pair of khaki pants.
With the color of the brown and the shape of the Groovy Plug In style, it kind of reminds me of a honey pot. I think that this plug in warmer would look great in a kitchen, bathroom, or pantry room. I have this one in my area where the cat box is. It helps to make that area smell great!
If you have more red tones in your home, the Groovy Rust Scentsy Plug In Warmer may be perfect for you. The rust color has a earthy red tone to it.
The horizontal lines are a lighter color than the warmer to give it a little contrast to the warmer. The look of this rust color warmer evokes a warm feel to any room or space in your home or office.
The Groovy White Scentsy Plug In Warmer is a warm white color. What is special about the white warmer is that light illuminates through the warmer that makes it glow.
All of the Groovy Collection warmers have a shiny look. This means that they are not a matte finish but a glossy finish.
Buying the Perfect Scentsy Plug In Warmer Multi Pack is a fantastic value. In this multi pack you get two plug in warmers of your choice and six Scentsy Bars of your choice.
Our most popular Scentsy Plug Ins for November of 2010 were the Roma Scentsy Plug In, Heavenly Scentsy Plug In, Rustic Star Plug In, Sand Dollar Scentsy Plug In and the Zebra Scentsy Plug In. I have a beach style bathroom so the Sand Dollar Scentsy Plug In looks great in my bathroom!
I am surprised that the new Scentsy Black and White Plug In Collection are not some of the top sellers! This new line of plug in designs have a more contemporary and modern look. I like the clean lines and the traditional black and white color combination.
The New Scentsy Bloom Plug In is adorable. It has a scalloped edging with polka dots going around the top of the warmer and a larger pattern that has almost a retro look. It has a good balance of black and white.
The New Scentsy Bud Plug In Warmer is mostly white porcelain with small various patterns of black for contrast. This plug in style is adorable! I love the little pattern that runs vertical. One of the patterns is a squiggly line and another one looks like bow ties almost.
The New Stripe Scentsy Plug In is has a more traditional/classic look. I picture a home that has wainscoting walls and traditional decor. It is one of the more simple designs of the New Black and White Collection.
The New Twig Scentsy Plug In is another one that has tempted me. I love the black base with the thin scratch lines contrasting the top of the warmer that has a small diamond pattern. This one is so cool! I think that it would look great in a room with modern wall colors like chartreuse or vintage red color.
There is also a Scentsy Companion Warmer Multi-Pack that is available. You can choose a full size Scentsy warmer of your choice along with a Scentsy Plug In of your choice and six Scentsy bars. A popular thing to do is to order the Full Size Rustic Star warmer with the Rustic Star Plug-In warmer because they match. Another great Scentsy Full Size Warmer and Plug In is the Zebra Full Size Warmer along with the Zebra Scentsy Plug In. You can always choose different warmers and plug-ins. For example, you could choose a Charlemagne Scentsy Warmer along with a Roma Scentsy Plug In and the 6 different Scentsy bars. Some of my favorites scents for winter are Silver Bells, Christmas Cottage, Baked Apple Pie Scentsy Bar or the Sugar Cookie Scentsy bar.
In fact, I love some of the scents so much that I bought bricks of them! Sugar Cookie Scentsy Brick and the Christmas Cottage Scentsy Brick are fantastic to have on hand! I leave my warmers on pretty much 24/7, so having Scentsy bricks is a great idea in terms of value.
Purchasing Scentsy Room Sprays are a great way to have your favorite scent with you always. The Room Spray Pack is a great way to get the most bang for your buck. When you purchase a Room Spray Scentsy Multi Pack you get another Scentsy Room Spray free! You can choose any variety of room sprays that you want.
I keep a bottle of the Odor Out Room Spray near my cat box and Black Raspberry Vanilla Room Spray in my car. We have a room spray for every Scentsy Scent including one that isn't a Scentsy bar. Odor Out Scentsy Room Spray is typically our most popular room spray. It eliminates any odor like fish, smelly sneakers, etc. I like to use Odor Out Room Spray for my sneakers and gym bag along with the cat box area.

Pinecone Scentsy Warmer is the Full Size Warmer of the Month. It is a beautiful square warmer with pine cones lightly dusted with snow. It is has copper and mahogany accent colors.
November 2010 Scent and Warmer of the Month
The Warmer of the Month for November is Prancer Scentsy Warmer. It is a darling warmer that has a whimsical design for the holidays. It is a good blue-red color with black accents. I love this design because it has a modern and magical feel.
You can use the Prancer warmer from the day after Thanksgiving through the New Year. it s a timeless Christmas collectible that you can use every year. Store it away after the holidays and bring it out every year. I love the Scentsy holiday warmers and every year I buy a new one and now I have three warmers that I set out throughout my home. I have the Prancer, Red Snowflake, and last year's Santa one in my collection.
The Scentsy Scent of the Month, Silver Bells Scentsy bar is so yummy! Make sure to pick up a bar or a brick of this scent. It smells like peppermint and caramel. It is so yummy. I love the peppermint candy cane smell because it helps to not make the caramel too sweet. It just smells so good!
My favorite Scentsy holiday scents are Christmas Cottage, Silver Bells, Honey Pear Cider, Sugar Cookie bar (I mix it with Coconut Lemongrass), and Toasted Caramel Sugar. Those scents are some of my favorites this Fall. I am always finding new ones. Maple Butter is also another of my favorite new scents!

Scented Candles Make You Hungry?
If you are looking for flameless candles then you might not know about a new business called Scentsy. They specialize in flameless scented candles. Scentsy candles have no wicks nor flames. They put out no smoke and contain no lead. The warmers are uniquely handcrafted looking. They can take a 25 watt bulb and this bulb warms a ceramic pots filled with your favorite scented waxes.
